Your invitation suite includes five fully designed pieces: the invitation, RSVP card, details card, RSVP envelope, and outer envelope. When it comes to your details card, we can get creative—whether it’s a custom map, weekend itinerary, or anything else you envision!

This is also the perfect time to ask questions and ensure we’re aligned before moving forward.
STEP TWO
After our discovery call, I’ll send you a tailored pricing proposal, which includes a custom design board filled with inspiration and ideas for your suite. You’ll also receive three package options at different price points to choose from. No need to commit to upgrades or finalize design decisions upfront—we’ll refine everything together as we go. Once you’re ready, you’ll secure your spot by signing a contract and submitting a 50% retainer. That’s when the fun officially begins!
STEP THREE
To kick things off, I’ll send a curated sample kit to help you visualize your wedding stationery and design aesthetic. We’ll then schedule a Design Consultation call to go over every detail—wording, etiquette, timelines, and creative ideas. With a clear direction in place, I’ll create 2–3 personalized design concepts for your review and feedback, ensuring they perfectly reflect you and your celebration.
TIME: 2-4 WEEKS
STEP FOUR
Once we finalize the concept, I’ll dive into the painting and design of your suite. You’ll receive digital proofs to review, and we’ll work together through up to three rounds of revisions (two edits) to perfect every detail. Providing feedback is easy—just fill out an online form with your thoughts, and I’ll handle the updates. This step ensures your stationery is as unique and special as your celebration.
TIME: 4-8 WEEKS
STEP FIVE
This is where everything comes together! Once you’ve approved the final design, I’ll handle it all—printing, materials, envelope addressing, postage, assembly, and mailing. Seeing your stationery come to life is such an exciting moment, and I’ll make sure the process is seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.
TIME: 6-8 WEEKS
The entire process typically takes 3 to 5 months, depending on the design complexity, revisions, and printing techniques.
